  • At Gloss, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We want you to love your lashes, brows, and your overall experience with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your results, please contact us within three (3) days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a follow-up appointment to review and address your concerns.

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged without your authorisation, except in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations/rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who no-show will be required to provide a 50% prepayment to book future appointments.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure we can provide the full service experience. If you are running late, please notify us via text as soon as possible. If you arrive early, we kindly ask that you wait outside until your scheduled appointment time.
